Title: Passover Ice Cream

| | | Frozen Strawberries* |
| 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | | Egg White |
| 1 | | Banana |
*Ingredient List should read: 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries. Partially
thaw berries. Put all together in large mixing bowl. Beat on highest
reading on mixer until thickened. Freeze in plastic container or ice cube
tray. This was originally made one Passover by Aunt Helen Margolis. It has
since become a Sedar tradition, and now Aunt Hushie Scull makes it for us.
